Cladding and Facades
SE Group’s specialist facades division delivers a range of cladding works in-house utilising the Design & Quality Department.
Our extensive experience extends across a range of systems such as rainscreen, brick cement and external wall insulation, with structural or concrete repairs as necessary. We do not install cladding panels or insulation that does not comply to A2-s1, d0 on any building of any height. Only panels that achieve A2-s1, d0 or A1 will be installed.
External Wall Insulation
We are one of the leading installers of specialist facades in the UK. Our team includes some of the most knowledgeable and experienced experts in the field. We work with leading manufacturers in the UK and are actively involved with trade associations and other stakeholders, ensuring we are up to date with current regulations and best practices.
Insulated render systems are beneficial to ensuring an energy-efficient building and can be applied to the majority of substrates. EWI comprises a series of layered components. Manufacturers consult with us throughout product development to ensure that long-term issues are designed out of their systems.
Rainscreen Cladding
Our specialist facades division provides clients with innovative cladding solutions that are both functional and aesthetically pleasing. Recently completed projects include rainscreen, brick and aluminium cladding schemes.
Working in conjunction with our supply chain partners, we offer bespoke design and technical calculations in addition to installation services.
Structural Repairs
Structural repairs are a principal element of our specialist facades division and our directly-employed site team has many years of experience in the sector, offering excellent service at a competitive value.
Ceilngs, partitions & plastering
You can count on our expertise in the Drylining field and we are well-versed with all the major manufacturers; Siniat, British Gypsum and Knauf are all covered. We have experience in a range of sectors including; newly built residential, refurbishment, commercial, education and healthcare sectors.

Used across the UK construction industry, lightweight steel frame infill systems are now a commonplace requirement for any project . This infill walling forms a secondary structure which is fixed between the primary frame which provides a carrier for insulation, exterior cladding and interior boarding. South East has vast experience in this method of construction. We can offer a complete service from preliminary design right through to installation on-site.

Fire Services
Fire Stopping
We work in partnership with our clients to provide cost-effective and fully designed fire stopping solutions that are appropriate for each project. All our products are tested in accordance with BS476 parts 4, 20, and 22 and/or EN 1366-3, and we work closely with manufacturers to ensure that their products are installed to recorded testing. Our team guarantees the quality of our work, from simple to complex penetrations, and we adhere to third-party accreditation and material manufacturers to ensure that our fire stopping technicians are fully trained and up-to-date with the latest regulations and methods.
At South East, we track the progress of our projects, implement rigorous health and safety checks, and use an electronic recording app to document all our services. This gives our clients the confidence that all our work is carried out to the highest standards, as they can access detailed evidence of all the work performed.
We provide a comprehensive fire protection service from initial site reports and survey through to installation, maintenance documentation and certification. Retrofit & Decarbonisation
The Retrofit & Decarbonisation Division is proficient at identifying and implementing energy efficiency and decarbonisation solutions, supported by the wealth of knowledge we have obtained via our PAS 2035 expertise. We commence with an assessment and survey carried out by our Surveying Department, marking areas for improvement with regards to energy consumption patterns and overall performance, thereby determining the scope for retrofit sustainability upgrades. Once the scope is established, the task is handed over to our Delivery Team who expertly plan, coordinate and execute the building retrofit upgrades. As the principal contractor, we integrate our in-house teams with our specialist supply chain partners to achieve maximal sustainability results.
